2003 Witex International Flooring GmbH was founded

2004 Witex USA Inc. in Kennesaw, Georgia, USA was sold

2005 Witex Flooring Inc. in Kennesaw, Georgia, USA was refounded

2007 Witex AG was converted to Witex Flooring Products GmbH
